Sometime we are losing but it doenst feel like it when the scales don't move but then if we look at how our clothes are fitting you see the difference.
She has the new scales ordered and they should be here Thursday. Like I said, I'm not worried because I've stayed on program. My clothes are where I can tell when I've lost. The number on the scales is just a number. It doesn't tell me what a wonderful person I am. haha I saw this somewhere but it's true. It's almost time to be measured too, so I'm expecting some lost inches. I stay prepared by keeping a bottle of water with me and something in my purse I know I can eat if I need it.

I went to bed last night with calories left over that I didn't use, so that helped me with that not good day. I am back on track, and it's true to think of the sailor. My husband is really doing great. His blood sugars are lower than they have been in years, and he has lost 14 pounds since the beginning of this month. He was kidding me, and said he should have signed up for this thread to win the fabric. lol...

Tell he needs to join next month. Keep up the good work. It is so helpful when both in the home are working together to get things under control. In home support is important.

Tell him I said keep up the good work on his number being in control. I have mine now in control also. Down 3 lbs.

That is a great mental thought.

WE ARE NOT THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE AND IT DOESN'T MAKE ME THE WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL LADIES WE ARE.

I also tell more in the way my clothes feel even if the scales dont move. I am getting back down into my smaller clothes I was wearing before I had to go back on insulin for my diabetes. It feels good having to go smaller.

EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL WONDERFUL WOMAN!!!!!!!

I am still waiting for my GS to be born. My daughter was pretty sure she was going in to labor on Thursday last week. She is having tons of false labor but no real labor yet. She is due next week. I am allowed to take 5 days off of work when it happens.
Only 24 days of work left this school year. Woo Hoo! Iam so ready for it to be over more this year than other years. I have been pretty good this month so I hope I am down this month. We did have pizza last night but I stayed within my weight watcher points. We are getting asparagus from out garden so I have been eating tons. Asparagus is my favorite vegetable.
Cindy glad to hear the scale is moving in the right direction now.

Well it sounds like your GS isn't done cooking......lol He is not ready to face this world yet.

I am glad this month is going better for your. Count down for end of school. I know you are not the only one counting down.

It is nice to still be able to enjoy pizza once in awhile, we need to eat what some consider forbidden. It is each persons option to choose. We are in control of what we eat.

Down 1.4 lbs this week. The place I weigh finally got their new scales. Hope everyone has a great weekend. So much tragedy this week. Right now, in our town, we have a lockdown on some schools because of a bank robbery this morning. Pray for the safety of those working this crime scene. Has everyone just gone crazy!

I've been eating a protein meal bar for lunch and lots of water. My dad is in rehab just a little way from my work so I get to visit over lunch. He's so much better than a week ago. As soon as the weather clears I'm going to park at the rehab center in the morning and walk to work and at lunch time I'll walk back to visit and get my car. I don't dare just now to walk both ways within my hour lunch. I'm so pleased that this time and for whatever reason I'm really losing a few pounds. I'll get my fabric mailed this weekend.

I have lost 1.8 pounds more. I have it down to the tenths now. lol.... I fell last night in the kitchen, and scared my husband as well as me. I am ok, but today sore all over, but especially my right leg. When I fell my right leg bent under when I fell. Not fun! Glad to see everyone doing well. Cindy I did tell my husband what you said he smiled, and said that was nice of you. Glad your blood sugars are doing good. Sometimes those blood sugars are hard to manage. Yesterday our weather reached 80, but now it's in the 50's and suppose to get cooler and stay that way for a while.
