G'morning, Missy. I'm glad to hear you are being successful on your restrictive diet and with your new relationship. We've all missed your posts.
I haven't weighed myself yet today, but I'm predicting two pounds for the month - but hey, that's two I didn't gain and two closer to my goal. I'll let you know later.

Happy Saturday everyone. Missy, it is good to see you back on here. Sorry to hear you were so sick but glad you are feeling better. I'm proud of you and your weight loss. Keep up the good work and you will be having surgery before you know it.
I am thrilled to say I lost 8.2 lbs this month. I am so psyched up to keep on keeping on. My appetite is coming back but doing so good for 2 weeks without the appetite, has helped me to be able to not overeat and keep eating healthy, since the appetite has come back. I am 7/10 of a lb away from being in the 240's. I vow I will NEVER see 272.8 lbs again!!!! NEVER!!!! Sandy

Thank you all. I am so excited to be so near 240's, which I have not seen in 7 years. My husband told me this morning that he can really tell in my face that I have lost weight. I can tell in my baggy britches. Oh, I haven't had the need to wear my sunglasses in a while. Yesterday, when we left physical therapy, I put my sunglasses on and they were loose on my face. That felt so good!!!!
I am proud of all of you for your weight loss, even if it's just an ounce, that is a loss. Keep on keeping on. We CAN and WILL do this. I think it has finally clicked in my head that I can do this. I've been trying to convince myself and I finally get it!!! Better get to my PT leg exercises. I hope you all have a nice evening. Big hugs, Sandy
