    I love smoothies. I just use whatever fruit I happen to have.

    I have enjoyed this smoothie combnation as a meal or snack.
    1 cup skimmed, low fat, soy, or rice milk
    1 cup frozen fruit
    add some nuts (optional)
    mini chocolate chips (optional)
    cinnamon
    sweetner (optional)
    small abount of flaxseed oil

    For years, I've been making this same smoothie for breakfast and have yet to tire of it. Keeps me going until lunch, and quantities can be varied to suit taste. I don't measure, just scoop!

    1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 banana or other fruit (optional)
    1 cup soy milk

    Whir together in a Magic Bullet and take along. It will remind you of an Orange Julius.
    Soy milk works better than cow milk because it doesn't foam up.

    Check out Tupperware. There are a couple of items that would work. They can be brought to work and make it fresh.Yes, I sell the stuff.
