Wow Billy,
this tread has really grown. Haven't been on in a couple of days, now have 15 pages to catch up on.
Thank you for starting this. It has helped so many of us. :) :-D :-D
Keep up the good work!

Well I picked up another machine today at the thrift store. Its a Model 66 serial# AD361506 which was allotted on May 26 1931. Only 15,000 for that run which makes it a small run for a 66 for sure.
But it is in really nice condition with a little road rash on the bed, missing some parts, but the decal pattern is the "Filigree" which I think is a handsome decal pattern.
This one I would like to keep but I am going to service it replace the missing parts and sell it in either the electric form or treadle. I will leave it up to the buyer on this one. Its either sell this one or my 500A and I am not sure I really want to sell the 500A or not.

Darcene,
a 99k was my first vintage machine and then came the first of my FWs. I collect machines for awhile and I'll sell a few to buy the ones I really want. Its fun to see if I can get them sewing again.

Here is my newest find. This Necchi is in really rough exterior condition. Not as bad as some that Billy rescues. But the paint is crazed and falling off over the entire machine. There is some rust but not too bad. Everything moves pretty freely. The wiring is shot so may take your advice and treadle her. The cabinet is very nice, just needs to be waxed and shined up. It weighs a ton!
I think it is a model BU. Serial #U199726. Cast on base is Italy 25004.
If I win the lottory I will send it to Billy for a snazzy paint job.
