Any advice?
Thanks.
Well your not suppose to rub the kerosene all over the machine but you should be okay if your careful. Kerosene is not going to hurt the finish but if you get any on it but try not to get it all over the finish and if you do just wipe it off. If you rub the finish down with it and you have any deterioration it will take it off. The Go Jo is what you clean the surface with.

Billy
Thanks, Billy.
I am trying to do this right and am a little paranoid.

How can you tell if a machine is just old or a Vintage Machine? How do you find out just how old it might be?

I need some help identifying this attachment....I do know that it is for a Singer 66 or a 9W....I am going to guess that it is a ruffler but there is not the usual number gauge on the top and every fifth tooth on the ratcheting device is deep into the "wheel" .....this one has been promised to Glenn so if you can help us out, we would really like to know what it is and how to use it......

Hot and steamy in KS today,
Darcene

All these machines were one family so couldn't brake the family apart.
Have to go back up the page a bit to see them.

You have a good heart....not everyone would have cared enough to keep this family together through hard times...they could have been split up and sent to different homes never to see one another again (cue sad violin music now)....

Smiling in KS,

Darcene
