I am heading out and starting tomorrow I will gone for 10 days on vacation in our motor home. I will check in now and than to see how everyone is doing. Boy, this is going to be so hard to keep losing. But I shall continue to try.

Stay on course everyone and I will be back the end of March.
(Just in time for the final weigh in - UGH)

Have fun and just remember you can still make right food choices some of the time if not all the time. We are here for you and will be thinking of you!

I find if you just try to be good instead of perfect it helps. I also try to plan what I am going to eat so I know if I am going to eat out I can (but I still try to make wise choices). GOOD LUCK

Not lost, just not losing...
I can't report any progress but I am still grateful to be alive!
I have the "mopeys". I was telling my bff - diet restrictions due to Coumadin, exercise restrictions completely due to PE/cellulitis, now I'm back on 30 min rest/30 min activity and NO elevated heart rate.
What a surprise! My weight is soaring!

Now that I'm through whining... Let me focus on what I
CAN DO.

I CAN drink water every day. I CAN walk 10 minutes every day. I CAN drop in and encourage ya'll every day.

It's not about the numbers, they are a side benefit. It's about doing the best you can with what you have!

That is it exactly doing what you can is far better that doing nothing. Even if you lose a pound in a month you are still losing!!

Thanks Purplemem for the encouragement. This month I need all the help anyone can offer. (I have my FQ ready to mail to the big loser--it ain't me LOL).
I should be happy I'm staying the same weight and not gaining so I won't whine (too much.)
Keep up the good work everyone-we're all at least doing healthier eating and exercising more.

Every step (in whatever form) you take to improving your health is GREAT!!!! So you can't run a marathon today? Baby steps, improve what you can! At least you have a "can do" attitude. so many of us (MYSELF!!) seem to have a "can't do" attitude right now. I really need to improve my attitude at work, etc. You rock!

Rose,
Thank you for your encouragement. You made my day and made me cry. I appreciate that so much.

How are you and "baby bump?" Just 10 weeks, is that right? My dd delivered 3 weeks ago and is back down to her pre-pregnancy weight. She said nursing helps a lot, really burns off the calories.

Take care of yourself.
Hugs

9 more weeks as of today (but who's counting...). Had a migraine last night and all I could take was 2 extra strength Tylenol. ugh. The pharmicist recommended a warm or cold compress. sorry--doesn't cut it with a 3yr.old running around! My husband is also going to work at 1am, so he is not able to help. OK, enough WHINING!!! I am thankful my husband and I have a job. I am thankful I am healthy, my family is healthy and SPRING is here. Today after work I am taking my son for a walk to enjoy the flowers in bloom!!! see you outside, everyone!

thanks for letting me vent.
