Kat, you've got two pages of everyone saying the exact same thing. I would definitely report her. She is not following the rules of eBay and eBay needs to know about it. I wish you luck. :)

I've been a seller on ebay off and on. I've had several of my items sell for .99. Disappointing as a seller, but I followed through with the sales and didn't make up odd stories to try to relist the items.

Ebay won't tolerate this sort of nonsense and she will learn not to mess with people!

Contact Ebay. If they don't resolve the problem, you can also contact paypal. Ebay should be able to resolve the problem. Don't leave negative feedback until you discover you will never get the machine or one exactly like it. Then leave negative feedback and post it on facebook, here, and anywhere else people who know what you are talking about would see it.

If she had a minimum she wanted, she should have started the bidding there or used the part of the program where she has a chance to not sell if the bids are too low. She had options and relisting isn't one of them

Yes, contact eBay as soon as possible!

But all of you should realize that there ARE crooks out there who only want to rip people off! Be careful.

I bought a FMQ book on Ebay and it didn't ship. I tried to contact the seller and she wouldn't answer me. A week later she listed it again on Ebay. That was it. I contacted Ebay and within four days got an E mail from the seller saying how sorry she was and it was all a big misunderstanding. I did get my book, but that never should have happened. Contact them. They may be able to help you too.

I also had a problem with receiving an item purchased on ebay. There is a place on the email when you win and item to go to if there is a problem. They contact the seller after asking how you would like the issue resolved. This worked very well and I eventually received the item I had won. The best part of this process is that you do not deal with the seller, you deal with ebay. Who knows how many other winners have been subjected to this way of doing business. Unless this seller had set a "reserve price" on the machine I would think she must proceed with the sale. Please try this, it may mean you will get your machine. And please let us know what happens.
