Sorry to hear you were disappointed in the vendors, but isn't it wonderful to come home to a great stash????

There is that.
I am participating in a boomerang swap on a different forum and I can't decide which fabric to use. That is probably another sign that I have a wee bit too much.

A lady I attend other functions with mentioned how much she would love to do a Grandma's Flower Garden quilt so i'm going to share my scraps with her. She can always pass on what she doesn't want to use herself. Woohoo for stash busting.

LOLLL!! I've been known to do this, too! Experience has taught me that having more fabric than called for is insurance against those mistakes I've been known to make or those wonderful Middle-of-the-night ideas that make the project my own. The trick is to get those "overages" to work together later in something else....

Here is what I have on the design wall right now. All from stash - of course.

I am taking the birthday excuse. Went to breakfast with DH and HAD to stop by the LQS to treat myself. Got some red and black I need for the sashing of a quilt-as-you-go. Then I picked up some minion fabric for a bag.

Oh, I also finished the swirl top. Need to iron it (probably hit it with a mallet) to take care of those thick seams.
