    Sometimes it is fun to dream of what to do with items from CLs. IF I had a large home, one room would be a Victorian room with numerous old lady treadles and a sofa.
    Another room would be the Vintage room with the electric sewing machines from the 50s and 60s, just haven't found the right furniture for that room yet. But here is a sofa that I found for the room with the treadles.

    OK, here are some pictures of the machine. Its model no. is 19E, and Mum thinks she bought it 1963, which seems about right.

    This is my Husqy...Looks a lot like your mom's.
    They're almost identical, aren't they? The case is too. I wonder what difference the "automatic" makes? Is there a model number on the little plate with the Husqvarna name on it? Might be worth Googling that?

    What beautiful machines you have!! And what a great way to display them! On my "want" list is a Hand Crank. You have some beauties! I'm thinking you can't be too far from me...Cedar Valley is pretty common about 60 miles south west of me. Are you in the CF/W'loo area?

    She's upstairs in the sewing room...After work I'll run up and look for identifying numbers and see what I can find. I love her and she runs like a charm!

    she has beautiful decals, at least what u can see of them under the grime. I wish i were closer, i ll bet she will be beautiful when someone cleans her up. I tend to go for the, less than pristine, machines. usually cheeper and the rescue feels good. You guys ARE definately enablers, like I need any help, at all, with that! cant wait for warmer weather so can do some serious cleaning on my acquisitions. Itmt i am working on a room to use them all in. thanks all for sharing.
