Heehee, I drove 1 1/2 hours one way to pick up the Two Spools in the parlor cabinet. On that rescue, I spent the day in Salinas and had lunch since I had never been to Salinas. I believe Miz Johnny has stories of traveling even farther for a machine...or maybe that was her friend that traveled across the US.

What 2 machines are you getting? And I'm sure you have room for another machine! Go for it!

Do you think it was a good buy at $15.???

Yes, you got an excellent deal! If you mom is still doing that kind of work, she will be able to lift the machine. Good for her that she is still active at her age!

Janice, Just realized that you need a Davis cabinet for your naked lady. I do believe your Davis should fit into this cabinet. A 2-in-1 deal, you could use this cabinet for both machines. GO get it! Heck, just rescue that machine and cabinet.

I want a BASEMENT! Augh!
I already own a beautiful Standard in a beautiful cabinet that sews extremely well. But this cabinet looks gorgeous, and I have NO room.

Grayhare...Candace...Nancy.... someone....please rescue this machine!

Well, right now I am warm compressing two horses that are sick with Pigeon Fever, when that passes, I will have time to play with my new 319w! I am so excited. It fit in that Singer cabinet like it was meant to live there!
